Most people in my experience, they don't get there though. Most research finds that the more fat you have, the greater the energy deficit you can get away with and not risk muscle loss or severe repercussions for your anabolic hormone levels. If you're obese, most research finds that there's essentially no such thing as being too aggressive. Like you need to get lean yesterday. So anything you can do to lose fat is good. The more fat you lose, the better.
