Suhaad Bhichara has written a brilliant PhD dissertation on the dispossession of Palestinians through land law That really reveals how that is a unified project so on the face of it we have different legal regimes but underlying that I think there's quite a unified use of land law emergency powers etc to to disposses Palestinians.
