A large part of my personal motivations for the deal revolved around blizzard being owned by a better company. It really did feel like bobby kotik and the activation shareholder culture was going to kill blizzard. i kind of feel the same way expect the worst and then if it if it turns out good then great. 70 percent of mergers in phase two are blocked, according to reports.
