I always thought if you did it in camera, it would work. Didn't know there was a way to do it. So you're basically hacking the panoramic camera to work like a regular camera but with that little bit of distortion. I export all my stuff in dot e X R like multi layers so I can get the mission pass and the ambient occlusion pass and all the different passes into blend into after effects. And then I add some some glow and glare to the to the highlights.
