The Importance of Onboarding Your Executive Assistants
I don't want to lock anybody into a long-term agreement even though it hurts the value of our business in the eyes of a potential acquirer because I want that transfer of value to be felt every single month. It goes back to finding that right fit you know the assistant that meets our criteria what we look for and understands the rules of the road and if they're aligned they have the potential to be together for years. If those two things are happening it puts some pressure on our assistance to perform and it puts somepressure on our clients to leverage.
