How to Claim Ape Tokens?

It's a form governante token. Dow it was just for voting rights, or what was the idea? My understanding right now is it's pure voting rights. It confers nothing else. The tokens are not listed on the centralized exchanges. So you might be able to claim your ape token, but you really can't trade it anywhere,. unless you go to a decentralized exchange like a uniswap.
