What's the Minimum Scale of Private Equity?
The question is, what is the smallest deal size that would classify as private equity? The smaller the business, the harder it is to impact value. If there's only two employees and and 500,000 in annual revenue, there's just not enough really for you to optimize. So it has to be an organization of a certain scale for you to enhance the value from what you do.
