How the Immune System Works
With modern machine learning, one seems to have a pretty good idea of how that will work. The proteins are sequence of amino acids, they're chains of amino acids. And once you've trained those amino acids together, the proteins fold up in complicated ways because some amino acids attract each other and some repel each other. But the basic point is that what's happening is the proteins that are in anything are being continually checked by the immune system.
