Would You Be OK for Constitutional Carry?

If you're threatening your life, I could be out in the winter and my barefoot nuts. We're constitutional carry in West Virginia. It's fantastic. And I don't even get why we have a Second Amendment right and I have to pay 25 bucks to get a license every couple of years. The nuclear weapons thing is it's more of a cultural point using something that's relatively shocking. If people are concerned about a private citizen getting access to biological and nuclear weapons, instead of just deciding one day that the constitution doesn't matter, let's amend the constitution as we were supposed to do.
