Is There a Resurrection of the Animal?
I think someone who agrees with Elizabeth Johnson might say, oh, well, why can't an animal be resurrected or whatever? I mean, you're just begging the question. The argument is that resurrection requires that there be a reintroduction of the animating principle back to the body which has died. So could it, could it be brought back into a space called heaven? Perhaps. And as Brandon mentioned, it would have to be a recreation, right? It wouldn't be a resurrection. But it's not the same thing as what we're talking about in this interview.
