The Impact of Faith Force on the Culture of Salesforce

Sally Kohn: Outing yourself as a Christian at Salesforce has had a huge impact over the past several years in that company. She says she asked Muslims, Hindus and Buddhists how do you feel? And it turns out they were also feeling scared and uncertain whether they could stand in their faith. Kohn: We launched this group called Faith Force, which is our Interfaith Employee Resource Group. It went from those 60 to, you know, hundreds to now we have over 2,500 members.
