What you've described there is almost what I would describe for anaphylaxis. So differentiating between the two clinically is extremely difficult and almost becomes irrelevant then doesn't it? It does indeed. The key differentia here is actually what happens on the nonhistamine mediated because that makes it much more clear. But when it gets to that stage actually if you've got a histamine mediated angiodema or an anaphyl axis the treatment is identical. Because if it's going to respond to the treatments then it will do and that's absolutely fine.
