Is It a Good Thing?
I think this international break is an absolute nightmare for players, for coaches. A lot of people in football feel a slight sense of grievance about this interruption to the domestic calendar at such a critical point. And I think Arteza would have desperately liked to carry on and keep the momentum going. As for whether it's a good or a bad thing, it may be a good thing in terms of the Williams Saliba injury situation. But that's on the condition that we don't pick up any other injuries in this period. So all we can do is just sit and hope and keep fingers crossed that they come back unscathed. You don't want to see like 17 minutes into whatever game
