How to Get More Dopamine Out of the Internet

Don't blame yourself for not being able to moderate your internet use. Like you are the rat in the cage that is drinking the cocaine water because you have nothing else to do. I think all of us have just there is no other world for us to experience other than the digital world. There's been so much more internet drama and so much more like people are way more active on social media than they probably have ever been. And it's like I can't wait until it just gets back to the depressed people again because there's too many people on the internet right now.
