The Process of Refined Ideas

In the past, I have definitely been the type of person who's like, oh, I've got this idea. But I'm recognizing that from this book that ideas themselves aren't the thing. So what I want is a bank of ideas where I can go in there at any given moment and flip through those things then pick one if I wanted to. Does that make sense? Sounds like a someday maybe list. Kind of but not really. Like, it's an extra level of curation that needs to happen before the somedayMaybe list.
