Using People for Their Strength Is Important

A lot of times, one thing that we constantly were adjusting was do we have the right people on the right projects and in the right rolls? A this is important because e, you know, leveraging people for their strength is way moree impactful and productive. Of course, we need to manage the weaknesses, sure, but we don't have to over pivot on that. We invested a lot of effort in tooling and documentation. Because even though in the short term it was a time investment, as more and more people joined the team, or even if we had to go back to the same a set of things six months down the line....
