The Importance of Recognizing Your Ego in Decision Making

If you let your ego say, they're not going to listen, which is a beautiful excuse. Don't waste your time building good relationship with that person because they're just stubborn and setting their ways. They're stupid. They're dumb. I think I need to type myself up on that one. Then you have no way out. There's just not that many of them in the story.
