I watched a YouTube video where I think I saw a guy use chat GPT to write code. It essentially reduced the amount of time he had to spend figuring out how to make this formula work in a back test. So that was an example of augmentation. Now, let's say that the algorithm evolves to a point where you can write all codes. Every single line of code is actually produced by an algorithm. Even then, that guy's job would not have been completely gone.
