The Importance of Kid Antibodies in Healthcare

Kid antibodies can be very clinically significant. They can cause severe transfusion reactions, particularly delayed transfusion reactions. Their detectability in different test systems may be somewhat compromised because the tighter has fallen so low. But when they get exposed to... that patient gets exposed to say a JKA positive unit, boom, that antibody comes right back and can cause destruction of transfused cells.
