Pakom's Hamasha in Greek Drama

Pakom is told he can choose whatever land he likes there's plenty of it. Before the fatal day pakom has a dream which he does not heed where he sees the devil himself with horns and hoofs laughing his head off. He realizes upon closer inspection that the dead man is him he sees his own dead body. We feel his exhaustion as he turfs and works we sweat along with him despite the fact that this is a parable a teaching tale.
