Don't rush straight into something new. A really allow for the time required to decompress and for other stuff to come up that you might not expect. This is a transformation process of becoming someone yow, who isn't defined by the job. And then that person has the ideas f o where to go next. You don't want to be deciding where togo next while you're still in the job frame. Soi just wait and see what he comes up with. Just think y goal is to get to him rather than to figure out what he will be doing in five years time.
