What's the Difference Between a Purchase Agreement and an Acquisition Agreement?
Twitter is in the middle of a deal to buy social media company bots. Twitter's founder, elan musk has said that he will bale on the deal if there are too many bots. The terms include section four point two five of the original deal which broke down last time we talked about this. This is when you say, am buying something as is. I just want to say, i would never let my client sign this, right?
