Is There a Bias in the International Financial System?

In 2023, I do think that we will see a number of new announcements of infrastructure projects and lending from China. And I also definitely wouldn't rule out large infrastructure, regional infrastructure projects. In terms of how that finances is generated, there's a lot of talk about innovative ways of trying to generate new finance for African countries. We have been talking about something called a borrowers club, which we are working with an with a number of international financial organizations on a seeing of their interest.
