What Should You Tell Your Clients in an Emergency Response Documentation?

It's important to not only include mention of your emergency response team or you're covering therapist in the opening paperwork but to talk about it so what I always do is I'm like I have my office policies I have people read it with me and ask any questions. What's been really interesting is that since I've added this section to my office policies where I say something along the lines of just like you unexpected things can happen to me, no one has ever said they were going to act on their self-harm concerns until now. It does need to be at the outset much easier that way it's just part of the beginning therapy with somebody this is part of your office practices.
