How to Evaluate a Subscription Business
In the M&A business, like if you don't have like a reoccurring customers, like it's only worth what it's selling for. That's why subscription businesses are way easier to evaluate because you know what you're going to get tomorrow. So they had done 1.5 million in sales with some really huge publicly traded companies. And so that is a very unique scenario and it helped with my due diligence extremely wellBecause I'm not a developer and I don't know code and I know a little bit of intro structure, but not a ton because I was in the MSP space. But that helped me because it validated the product for me.
