The Promised Land

The land notably does not include the trans jordanian territories of reuben gad and the half tribe of manassa. Those territories were never within the promised land proper, but were parts of israel outside of the land. Resident aliens had hitherto been prevented from possessing land in such a manner. However, now the blessings of god's presence are spreading further. This is, i believe, connected with the vision of the waters of the inland salt sea being made fresh.
