The Power of Not Be Afraid to Make Mistakes
One of the things in our business is a lot of people are really concerned about things like career risk or tracking error. I don't think that much of that comes from something, some kind of innate something inside the personality. It's more that I would say we have an idea or I had an idea of what is the right way to invest. And then I started working on my environment to make it more possible for me to invest that way. So yeah, one of our favorite things to do is to put people on our podcast who've never been on a podcast before.
