i think we'd be in a much better place if these terms, the customs, were shared across these cultures. i actually almost do practise the siesta minesat which you could attest to. I don't always nap, but i don't force myself to set a computer screen because i need that recharge to feel good. And seeing that in another culture, and other people are able to be productive and stay sane and still be happy people,. allowed me the freedom to extricate from the values of my current country and absorb some of the useful practices that i found in other places.
