The Positives and Negatives of Commercial Real Estate
The office is going to have to get rationalized for a world where we just need less of it. That will have some result in some pockets of the commercial real estate universe being deleveraged with fair amounts of severity. But when you take a step back from that and stay with that property type dimension, think about the other parts of commercial real estate. To extend folks or renters and they live in a multifamily building, there's probably pretty good demand and tightness I would imagine in their buildingsthey would observe. And that's reflected with relatively high rents and very good outcomes for folks who lend on those properties or own those properties generally speaking.
