The Benefits of Western Philosophy
I think if you understand some traditions of philosophy, you'll always learn more by looking at other traditions. I don't think you're going to find philosophical questions in the East that you don't find in the West. Do they approach things in different ways? Yes, do they have ideas that are not present in the West? Yes. So it sounded, correct me if I'm wrong, but it would be beneficial to Western philosophy to pay more attention to philosophies of the East and try to engage with them more or learn from them.
