When Are You Going to Quit?

When meeting with someone, always focus on bringing light and not heat to the conversation. Find a way to prepare them to hear it. Sometimes people are more inclined to tear somebody's head off if they don't get courage up at first. And so we have to ask ourselves, am i bringing light here or heat?
