What Is Feedback?

The best learners aren't just open to feedback, they actively seek it. A good practice would be making sure you've got a monthly check in with your manager or other people you work with. The skill of being able to reflect both in the moment and then on a ongoing basis is also important. And if you can find ways to do that kind of practice, that really speeds up the learning much more than again.
