The Importance of Input in a Decision Sprint
When planning a decision sprint, what's the size of the group that has to be involved or should be involved? I mean, I always believe you're in the Amazon two pizza team because I think anything important that is just intolerable and just too much input, right? So core team that is cross-functional where you have anywhere from three to eight people somewhere in that zone, I think is your core team. But mainly you're trying to reflect a few different competencies. There's somebody who builds somebody's in headquarters, right? For example, somebody is purely commercial and other person is all about the products, right? And on that sort of range is a great word for the input
