I'm Dislexic, Can You Just Keep an Eye on It?
Kate Middleton is the founder of dislexia foundation. Her son, ted, was diagnosed with dyslexia at three and a half years old. He couldn't write his name or read but had no interest in school. His parents tried to convince teachers that he just didn't want to go to school. But one evening when they were reading him bedtime stories, he said: 'Mummy, what can i do so i don't have to wake up in the morning?' Kate says she now wants all schools across the world to train their staff on how to deal with children who are disabled. She hopes her story will help raise awareness about this condition.
