Happines is a satirical self helpe guide em and so which i think was good, because it taught me that i wanted to do everything that i could. And fortunately, it was a time technology had become accessible enough that even someone really low tacked like me could, could avail herself of it. So in that way, i was really doing trying to set myself up for success. But you know, a lot of times things don't work out.

Everything you've been told about building and breaking habits may well be wrong. Or, at the very least, missing a critical middle step.
