The Heat Culture of the NFL

I think heat culture is really the type of personalities and players that they look for. It's a little like the Ravens had this for a little while. They just looked the Steelers or another team that I think they just look for certain types of guys,Certain character traits that they over and over again drift to. So do we need to do what is expected of us, which is try to just keep adding superstars? Maybe it's not. I mean, maybe they see other ways of doing this.
