The Coalition Agreement - It's Not a Secret Deal
The Libs and the nats are different kettles of fish, so there's a formal arrangement to make at work when they come together. The coalition agreement is made after each election tat covers things like giving the junior partner an important role in their government or opposition. It also carves up the ministries and the representation in cabinet, or shadow cabinet, if they're in opposition. But it's not a document that's made public. Nope, it's a secret deal.
