Is It Possible to Create a Very Intelligent Agent Using Text?

If we go by the example of evolution, it does definitly seem necessaryfor us to have co and embodied agent. The one thing that i have seen is, however, that in bot it's unclear exactly how important embodiment is. I'm not sure, like, perhaps you can actually create a very intelligent agent using text, but i think we're not very close to it right now. So if you could actually just learn this, justif you had an agent just on the internet that could be learn to be intelligent, that would be much, maybe much more efficient.
