Bob Greene: We are all vulnerable to misinformation, just unintentionally incorrect information or disinformation. He says we have not matured as individuals or as a society to really be able to filter that effectively. Greene: The problem is enough of the population went into voting process for those who voted with at least a doubt about that candidate. And so suddenly you can force people to act in the moment when they are affected by disinformation and potentially tragic consequences.
