The Dark Side of Nicholas
Mary had to defend herself again against the man who sexually assaulted her. She had to borrow money from her parents to hire an attorney. After his legal troubles in Rhode Island, Nicholas moved back to Dayton, Ohio. And straight out of his playbook he appeared to dazzle local lawmakers. According to police reports he was also terrorizing women. He would be years before he'd be labeled an American fugitive.
