Microsoft Acquisition

The FTC is trying to stop Microsoft from buying Tencent, the Chinese gaming giant. The company has been moving more aggressively globally because of problems in its domestic business. This will help fortify local positions and make it harder for U.S. governments to regulate companies that are actually from China or Japan.
