Is There a Possible Short-Term Rental?

Garrett: "I'm pretty much locked in the leases right now, at least until next year" If I moved out of this unit, and then I waited until next year due, because I have a roommate as well, if we both moved out, I could consider it as a short-term rental. That's a possibility, but I'm not sure what the market's like on Airbnb. So those would be some options that you could have to try to increase the revenue on this property.

Knowing how to buy a rental property is one thing, but coming up with the money is another. This is the constant struggle real estate investors find themselves in. When they have cash, there aren’t enough deals. When they have deals, there isn’t enough cash.
