Boris Johnson thought he'd got one over on Andrew Neil by talking about paragraph 5B in the Brexit negotiations. For a moment, it looked like he had, but Andrew Neil also knew what was in 5C, and Boris Johnson didn't. He's part of the problem with the political interview now, says Ed Miliband.
