The Meaning of Religion

Each and every one of us has a set of genes, that's our genotype. But we also have a set of symbols, let's call it our symbol type. Our behaviors are based at least as much as our symbol types as our genotypes. And a symbol type, the symbolic system that we have might or might not count as religious. A brain who sees information processes and results in action; so does a meaning system.
