Is There a Pathway to Audience?

If you're going to have a pathway to audience or any kind of strategy there, how far along in that kind of development stage does it need to be? Platform has a big impact. Even stuff like for a vertical frame, you can fit less in. So your production values don't need to be as high because people are watching on their phone and you don't need hundreds of extras. But those kind of things will have an impact on the creative and the budget that you should be thinking about from day one. It's really good if you're a writer or a director and you're wanting to apply for development to make sure you have a producer attached at that stage too.
