Overtraining - What Your Body Needs

The nervous system may require different nutritional protocols than the muscular system. The metabolic system, if I'm training my energy-producing capabilities, maybe that's a completely different support that my body requires when I'm subjecting it to more of that. So one of the things that you may want to start exploring in yourself, and this for many people, but probably not listening to this podcast, is a very far-fetched idea: listen to your body.
