There was a story I recently heard about during the cold war where a message was sent to Russia being alerted that the u.s. was sending nuclear missiles to their uh to them and in about 20 minutes they had 20 minutes to respond it was a false flag alarm it wasn't real. The concern is if there's a fake message put out say with like Putin's voice or Biden's voice say hey we're gonna send the missiles and that gets sent to Russia yeah that's audio then then things like this will be acted on as if they are existing, says Maul.
