The e u. N are now actually considering formal bands on using social credit scorei, or social scoring systems. This is apparently a direct response to two claims in the popular media about chinas social credit system. And maybe it's an example of what i was talking about as the value of comparative law. Am in looking at china system, even though they were looking at it wrong, it did make them reflect on what they don't want algaritms to do. What i found of particular interest is you make the case for engagement in the legal field by looking at the way that chinese jurisprudence has borrowed so heavily from abroad.
