In the legal profession, we've seen a big evolution from a typical pyramid of staff. And i each level that you go down, a bigger team. So one partner may have two, two or three associates and a number of paralegals. That's really shifted to a more stream line team with kind of one to one relationship between partners,. associates paralegal. To date, on the fraud and forensic side, we haven't yet really seen those big efficiencies in place.
