When the asteroid hit 66 million years agol, this was an apocalypse. There are some estimates from the fossil record that maybe 90 % of mammals died too. But we had those ancestors that were adaptable and small. That was the winning lottery ticket that got them through the asteroid. Then on the other side, well, the world's mostly empty. All of a sudden there's no t wreck any more. There's no triseratops any more. And i mean, that survival, even that you make the point, is incredibly, you know, happenstant tell me about the, i guess its zeloid quarry.
